The Old-World Deli is a family-owned restaurant that started with a butcher in Queens, New York who moved his way into California with his family by his side. The closest location near my hometown Montclair, California, is located in Upland, California which is less than five minutes away. The Old-World Deli ensures that all customers get the best service and taste of quality by making sure the food is fresh and always serving it with respectable service in a timely manner. The Old-World Deli is known for their delicious Fried Chicken, sandwiches, soups, and bakery that offer some of the most delightful butter cookies on the market. The menu is specific to lunch and dinner, ensuring a large range to serve many of all appetites with a salad bar that includes different types of fruit from which you can eat to your heart's desire.
The Fried Chicken usually takes an average of fifteen to twenty minutes, but during the wait, most customers pay for the aforementioned endless salad bar that includes fruit, biscuits, and salad, accompanied by different styles of dressings. The Old-World Deli changes their soup menu so that the soup is never the same and piques customer interest by including limited time soups. The Old-World Deli never fails to make their customers content and it is rare when there is an error: always checking and reviewing the orders before handing them out to customers. The bakery offers cookies that not only come in a variety of sizes that range from chocolate to fruit based. Almost every customer that leaves the restaurant always leaves with a small, clear plastic box that contains a dozen or more cookies, demonstrating how delicious and addicting these pastries can be. The Old-World Deli will continue to thrive with large success in their business as long as they continue to have an efficient system that ensures all participants start and leave happy.
